We are still in the set-up period until 2026 so currently do not have any wheelchair access on site. Please contact us prior to attending events if you have any questions regarding accessibility.

In the coming months we will be adding to our calendar including volunteer days, workshops, courses and other activities coming up on the farm.

We are prepping some new areas ready to plant trees in our research and demonstration area using the Miyawaki method of creating a fast-growing forest. This Japanese method of fast forest creation has been trialled with great results in other areas of the UK and we are keen to try it at Bridie’s Farm. At Bridie's Farm we are working with Reimagining the Levels as part of the Somerset Tree Strategy adopted by Somerset Council. Put on your wellies and come and help us get them established so we can see them flourish over the seasons. No experience of tree planting required. Just a willingness to get stuck in and take part.
